Botox

botoximage1

As we age, a number of factors including repeated muscle contraction contribute to the development of fine lines and wrinkles. Botox is a neuromodulator that once injected inhibits muscle contraction. This temporarily reduces the appearance and prevents development of fine lines and wrinkles. Botox may also be used for facial slimming, grinding of teeth (bruxism), and gummy smile. We will discuss your specific concerns and create a treatment plan during your initial consultation.

Filler

Over time, our bodies produce less of the proteins collagen and elastin. This leads to volume loss, decreased structure, and increased signs of aging. Filler is a minimally invasive treatment used to replenish volume loss and restore a refreshed appearance. We offer several products and will customize the treatment to your specific goals.

Sclerotherapy

Sclerotherapy is the treatment of superficial telangiectasia or “spider veins”. Treatment includes injection of a sclerosing agent into the bothersome vessel. These agents cause irritation and collapse within the vein. Blood is then diverted through healthier veins. Over time, the collapsed vein is reabsorbed and fades away.  Commonly treated areas include the legs, medial thigh, and behind the knee.

Neurogenx

Neurogenx is an electromedical treatment used to relieve neuropathy and improve neuromuscular pain. This is an FDA approved non-narcotic, non-surgical, and minimally invasive treatment for chronic nerve conditions. Neurogenx works by delivering high frequency electrical waves that penetrate deep into tissue. This increases cellular metabolism, reduces swelling, removes excess waste, and encourages nerve regeneration. This results in sensory improvement and significant decrease in pain.

Soft Tissue Laser Therapy

Class IV Laser Therapy is a non-invasive FDA approved treatment for pain and injury recovery.  It is used to treat specific areas of soft tissue injury, muscle injury, inflammation, and neuropathy. Class IV lasers work through a process called photo-bio-modulation. This is the use of light to stimulate increased metabolism within mitochondria. Mitochondria are known as the “powerhouse” and generate energy for our cells. Photo-bio-modulation leads to increased cellular energy and improvement in the above conditions. Generally, treatment requires six fifteen minute sessions.

Thermography

*Coming Soon*

Thermography is a non-invasive, radiation free, thermal imaging of the body. Thermography uses special cameras to assess patterns of heat and blood flow near the skin’s surface.  Thermography is used throughout the body to identify inflammation/injury, vascular abnormalities, physiological changes, and can be used to monitor breast tissue. Thermography is not a stand-alone assessment or screening for breast cancer and does not replace regular mammograms.
